A Different Balloon Project Attempt

No, it's not the Fournier near-space skydive attempt that hit a snag, it's an attempt to remotely guide a balloon across the Atlantic Ocean. The project, invoking what's probably the most famous of all innovation prize competitions, is called The Spirit of Knoxville - or "SNOX" for short.
