The Space Elevator Blog posts on Space Elvator Games challenger UBC Snowstar. They have a number of pictures of their Beam Power Challenge testing. Note that they posted an update yesterday, which is a couple days after the original Space Elevator blog post, so it's worth checking again even if you read the original post. They give more details on their testing, and directions to Science World on July 21 where they will hold a demo.
