Back From ISDC 2008

I'm back from the 2008 NSS ISDC, and should be posting some notes soon. Other than a burst of posts on the conference, posting may be slow this week as I catch up with what happened outside the conference, and even in the conference sessions I didn't go to. I was too busy the past week with travel, conference sessions, and visiting relatives to keep up with space news.
